Can I use this device when its plugged in via USB?

Yes, the headset supports USB and Bluetooth modes. It can charge while in Bluetooth mode or switch to USB mode by disconnecting Bluetooth. Press the Bluetooth button three times quickly to toggle between modes.

Why won’t the device pair after its turned back on after automatically powering down?

If not connected to a device for 15 minutes, the headset turns off automatically. To reconnect, power on the headset and press the button on the Bluetooth dongle once to reactivate it.

Can I use this headset for gaming?

Although you can use this headset for gaming, it is not designed or intended for that purpose. This headset is designed with professional use in mind.
